Marina Dandy Return or Refund Policy

1. All requests for refunds will be released back to your bank account respectively.
2. Refund & replacements requests are only valid within 7 days after customer has received item.
3. Need to show proof of purchase & return defect product to HQ.
   - Date, time & proof of payment.
   - Airway Bill / Tracking number
   - Picture or video of defected item.
4. Once product is received, we will send a new item or issue a refund.
5. Shipping fees are covered by customer.
